This treatment is specially developed for the post-birth body, which needs care and support to regain balance, both physically and mentally. A full-body massage that gently releases tension and supports the body's healing process.

THE NEW MOM consists of light dry brushing and full-body massage that releases tension in the back, neck, shoulders and supports the lower back and pelvis. To bring balance to muscles and the nervous system, we use both cold and hot stones, while a special mask for the stomach supports the skin and tissue. The stomach and hips receive connective tissue massage, the scalp is massaged to create mental calm and release stress, followed by foot and leg massage to reduce swelling. The treatment concludes with a gentle awakening of the body with soothing balm on the back and neck.
