Payment
All prices include VAT and are in Danish kroner. We accept Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.
The account information you enter when purchasing products on our webshop is processed by NETS, Shopify, or Shine Payment and will be sent in encrypted form (SSL). The amount of your order will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods have left Dare to Care's warehouse.
Responsibility
At Dare to Care, we strive to ensure that our website is always updated and error-free. However, we reserve the right for instances of sold-out items, typographical errors, price changes, and unforeseen events.
Dare to Care is responsible for the products until they are in your possession, after which the package becomes your responsibility. Dare to Care cannot be held responsible for damaged products in your custody.
Dare to Care retains full ownership of the products until full payment is received. Dare to Care reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore your responsibility to stay updated on possible changes.
Dare to Care aims to dispatch packages within 3 business days, but in special cases, e.g., in the event of backorders from suppliers or during sales or major events, longer dispatch times may occur.
Privacy Policy in connection with ordering
When you order a product from Dare to Care's webshop, you will be asked to enter a series of personal details (name, address, telephone number, email, and delivery address) including financial information (credit card details or MobilePay). The information will only be used in connection with delivery and invoicing, as well as for any purchase-related purposes, for example, if a problem arises with your order. By placing your order, you agree that we use your information for these purposes. Please read our privacy policy and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Returns and Complaints:
Items purchased on daretocarestudio.dk can be exchanged for other items or refunded within 14 days.
Items can be exchanged under the following conditions:
• The item is undamaged and in unopened packaging
• A physical or digital receipt must be presented
• For items purchased by credit card, the amount will be refunded to a bank account.
• For items purchased with a gift card, they will be refunded to a gift card
• You acknowledge with a signature and clear name and address• The item must be exchanged no later than 14 days after the day you receive your order when purchased on daretocarestudio.dk
• For returns or complaints of products purchased on
Daretocarestudio.dk, the customer pays for shipping
For refunds, there may be a waiting period of up to 10 business days for the bank transfer.
Items can be complained about under the following conditions:
• The item is defective
• A physical or digital receipt must be presented
• The item is complained about within 24 months
How we process personal data
When you purchase a product in our webshop, you provide a series of personal data,
including specifically:
• Your name
• Your address
• Your email
• Your phone number
We process this personal data in connection with both the registration and processing of your purchase. The information is necessary for the completion of your orders and is stored for a period of 5 years to comply with Danish accounting law. After this, the information will be deleted.

If, contrary to expectations, we are unable to find a mutual solution, and the conditions for complaining are otherwise met, you can submit an official complaint to the relevant authorities below:
