Shipping for purchases up to DKK 799 costs DKK 49.

For purchases over DKK 799, shipping to a pick-up point or home delivery is free.

Packages are sent with DAO.

You can cancel your appointment in our booking system up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After that, it is not possible to cancel via the booking system. If you are ill or prevented from attending your treatment, cancellations must be made by phone at 60 81 85 40.

(Always leave a voicemail message canceling your appointment if you cannot reach us by phone). Cancellations must not be made by email.

A cancellation fee of 525 kroner will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start, and the full price of the treatment will be charged for no-shows.

Unfortunately, there are only a few parking spaces on Slagelsegade near the clinic, so we recommend arriving well in advance to find parking nearby. We are located in the blue parking zone.

You can also arrive by public transport, as the metro and bus stop at Triangel St. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to the clinic.

If you're arriving by train, Østerport Station is a 10-minute walk from the clinic.

You can leave your pram in our courtyard, and you can breastfeed in peace in our waiting room.

If you are pregnant, we have a pregnancy pillow so you can lie comfortably on our treatment bed.
