Application:

1. Do your regular cleansing routine of your face, neck and décolleté before doing facial cupping.
2. Start in the middle of the décolleté and work your way out towards your shoulders, do the same on the neck.
3. Then you take the jawline and the underside of the chin and work from the ears down to the tip of the chin.
4. Next, your face, where you started from the center of the face and worked your way out to the side.
5. Finally, start from the lower lip down and from the eyebrow up.
